We are manufactures of Pigment Powders and Solvent Dyes with our works in Gujarat [India] since 2005. The company has an annual production capacity of 2,500 M.T, with the works spread over 3775 square meters in an easily accessible industrial zone in Gujarat, India. The company is mindful of its responsibility and has a primary and secondary effluent treatment plants. The company presently has its customer base spread over 25 countries in order to satisfy our customers with world class products, have made a well-furnished quality control & research & development department which are equipped with ultra-modern equipment which are playing a very important role in product development, technology up gradation, process development & also in maintaining computerized data of each lot & bend, which helps us in identifying & sorting complications.

Food colours

Reactive Dyes

Reactive dyes form a new chemical compound when they come into contact with a fibre molecule. Reactive dyes are applied either from a solution with high pH or from neutral solutions that are later alkalized through a separate process. Sometimes different shades are brought out by applying heat to the dyed textile. We at J.M Exports make sure that all the mentioned requirements are met and the final product hits all the required marks of quality.

Pigment Powder

Pigment powders are ground-up colours, sort of like powdered coloured chalk. There are also artificial pigments with names like Pigment blue’s , yellow’s, Green’s, Red’s , Orange , Violet and many more. Pigments are what manufacturers use to give paint its colour Inks,Rubber,Plastics,Coating, Automotive and many more. They are not sparkly. Pigment powders are excellent at colouring things (this is their job, after all). As the job demands this is one of the product for which the company is recognised world-wide.
